Peloton apartments charges exorbitant move out charges. They charged me around ~900 dollars. One of my friend also told me about a similar experience with them. These are not cleaning charges , but they themselves admitted that their kitchen counter tops have a "issue" and they need to REPLACE the entire kitchen counter top even for small , but unnoticeable marks.
