I've been coming to Rosa for 10 years. Always get an excellent cut. Best in town!
I asked by phone how much for haircut shampoo and blow drye they told me 45..well and the end of the haircut they charge me 55 and I said but they said 45 and she said plus blow drye is 10 dollars more...and on the top of that if you paid with credit card they charge you fee and she didn't tell me and after all the haircut was uneven. Very disappointed they overcharge me and I paid in the end 65.44 with tip. Never coming back again.

Yesterday was my second time visiting and was one that will stick with me....until my hair grows out. A lady named Mayra (who told me she is the manager and owner of the salon) butchered my hair when I asked for a trim. My hair is very curly and I am mixed race with black hair type.
