I went into the location & was very specific on what I wanted done so she started with washing my hair which is curly , when she was done she had made comments about my hair & I asked for layers but the longest bottom layer to maintain my length and retouch my bangs so she started cutting cut only my ends and left no bangs I realized after I left and repeated what I had asked for she said I had asked for that which is incorrect I knew specifically what I wanted both women are incredibly incompetent and disregarded what I had... read more

Horrible el servicio y corte de pelo que le hizo a mi hijo de 5 años. Una señora que habla español.Toda apurada y ensima grosera. No la recomiendo, porque le explique exactamente lo que quería y le empezo a cortar mal y no como le dije.

Today was my first time at this salon, and I had such a great experience! I went in for a haircut and hair coloring, and I absolutely loved the results. The staff was so nice and welcoming. They really took the time to advise me on what would look best and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. Highly recommend!
