I’ve been coming to Lupita for many years, she listens and recommends hair color/ styles based on the individual’s hair. However, if you insist on not listening to her she will do what the customer asks for. But be prepared for her to say “I told you so”, so don’t be upset at her. She knows her profession very well as she’s been doing it for many years. I highly recommend her!
