Concrete retaining wall. Clearly had no idea how type of work was performed, so hired it out. Told sub contractor work was poor quality and not worthy of payment YET ADVERTISES PICTURES OF THE WORK ONLINE AS THEIR OWN. Dishonest, takes on work well out of their scope, and can't pay subtrades. Steer clear, your welcome.
