The service was great! Very personable and understanding from the initial call for service all the way to cool air! They were able to come service very quickly and were flexible in scheduling when I ended up getting off work a little later than expected. I don't understand AC lingo but it happened that all the the parts necessary to fix it were already there and stocked on the truck. They come with a BUNCH A STUFF. AC was fixed in one visit which was in May and we've had no problems since. They treated my AC problem like it ... read more
Ron and his guys did a change out for me today. In one day they had us cool and the job was perfect. Cleaned up all debris. Didn't damage a thing. Those guys are courteous and competent. In a former life I did ac work and tough I'd did a good job. They amazed me with their attention to detail. We all think that ac work is expensive. In the end I think it was worth every penny. I'll never call anyone else.
Sterling, the Pellegrin's AC service man, just left. Professional, very friendly, explained everything so I understood what went wrong with our A/C. If you get Sterling coming to do your repair work, lucky you. I would definately recommend this company to family and friends. Ed G.

You can't get better customer service or find people who genuinely care more than them. They went above and beyond to help solve a problem for my family. They are dependable. They always show on time and call when they are on their way. They are also very knowledgeable. Excellent service and experience. Nice to use locally owned business. Enjoying our new quiet and very cool AC unit.
