The entire Pellegrini team (including Lori, Stacy and Rachel) were SUPERB to work with! I sold a home on behalf of my elderly aunt and I was doing so from 2000 miles away. I NEVER could have handled the problems (repairs, vendor selection, etc.) without their help.
