We had already used Pellak Construction two years ago to give us a new garage/mudroom/half bath addition to our 1920's home. We were so pleased with all aspects of the project that we knew we'd hire them again when it came to renovating our kitchen space. After wrapping up demolition, the heat in our house registered a sensor error. It was January and in the single digits. I called Pellak to ask for advice on what might be wrong - the owner, Andrew, showed up at my door half an hour later. At 8:00 pm. He said it was too cold to try this over the phone. In under 2 months, Pellak Construction completely renovated our master bedroom and attic. This included adding a full bathroom and bedroom. The crew often worked 9-10hr days and cleaned for 45mins before leaving. The work was high level as was the attention to detail. We highly recommend Pellak Construction for any project!
