Our modestly-sized Cape Cod was reaching its bursting point with 4 of us in the house and we were looking to expand. We had already used Pellak Construction two years ago to give us a new garage/mudroom/half bath addition to our 1920's home. We were so pleased with all aspects of the project that we knew we'd hire them again when it came to renovating our kitchen space.
