Pella strives for excellence. In their product and in their service. Happy with my storm doors.
I work with Matt Eltringham out of the Wilmington, DE branch and must say that he is a top-notch Rep! We quickly receive our quotes and samples when needed. He is quick to answer our questions as well as reach out to our clients. He is also quick to resolve any issues that may arise (which are few and far between). Love the recent updates that Pella has introduced and I am looking forward to recommending them to our clientele.
