I have never been so disappointed in a product. I was under the impression that Pella was a high quality product. It seems it is only high priced. To look at, I have a great looking bay window. That’s as far as it goes. I have written several times. Their comments are basically “oh well”. I went over everything I wanted in the window, the salesman was more than happy to charge for all the extras.
