Met with Liz Ciarrocchi, she was wonderful to work with. When I am ready, I could not imagine working with anybody but her.
Watch out for Pella Windows. They came to my house, measured a window, & I paid $1162 for it. When it came, it was 1-3/4” too large. I had settlement on my home in 2 weeks so we couldn’t reorder. They talked my contractor into making it fit, so we did that to make settlement date. We had to tear the whole frame out which cost me $500 more to pay the contractor & supplies. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and Pella patio door we had installed! It has made such a huge difference having a beautiful, functional sliding glass door to use everyday. Ryan especially was wonderful to work with, responded quickly to answer any of my questions and made the whole process go so smoothly! Highly recommend! �
I’m a small contractor and use Pella for windows and doors. Service and product has always been outstanding. Any issues with a door or window, their service personnel have always been professional. My experience, try to avoid the big box stores and use Pella’s direct service. Done!
This is a great group to work with, for five years I have had awesome service from my salesman and related people at this company.
Pella has a product line for every budget and the experienced sales people to explain the difference. I enjoy working with Ryan Bowen on projects ,he is dedicated to his job by showing great service, product knowledge and attention to detail that is often lacking in the construction industry.
