It has been a struggle with Pella Windows for 18 years. Unfortunately our builder contracted with Pella so we had Pella Windows installed in our house. We have needed 7-10 service calls (they want to charge you $75-$92 just to come out). Had to fight with the Green Bay office just to get windows replaced and fixed with warranty issues. I was just on the phone with a rep and told them I had a broken window (10/21/20) and was informed that no one is available until (12/17/20) and that I would need to pay a $92 fee just to be p... read more

Great service from beginning to end. George is the best sales rep ever and the installation team kept me informed of their schedule, worked very hard, and cleaned up well when finished.

Terrible salesman Charlie. Ordered Windows on May 11th. He measured them wrong TWICE. Had to reorder windows both times. Been 5 months and still don’t have all of them. Awful company.
They came quoted a job 6 weeks ago. Pete guaranteed they could do the job. Left our home and told his supervisor a different story, which no one communicated to us. We now have no doors or windows and they say they can’t handle the job?! Meanwhile my senior mother is stuck living alone, longer. Mike, Pete and Dan really disappointed us beyond belief. I have never had such a disappointing experience anywhere.
