We were very impresswd with Pellas products,,,,our saleperson Andre was very knowledgeable and thorough in giving us all the details we needed. We loved the locking mechanisms and the pully system on the door slides. Its the little details that make a big difference. Thanks to Andre we are well informed and can make an intelligent decision.

Our sliding glass door has a gap at the top of the trim and now one of the windows is leaking & we were charged a service charge for someone to come out & just look at it & now they want to charge us to replace the window! And this is with a life time warranty. I do not like Pella windows.

David Wamstad with Pella is very professional and makes the best recommendations for both windows and doors. He is also very thorough with excellent product knowledge across the entire portfolio. He made on the fly changes on his computer as we ordered 26 windows and also doors. Very happy with this experience! Steve Plummer

We recently built our dream home and did a lot of thinking about the right windows to invest in for our project. Luckily we met Joey Whalen with Pella Windows, she was amazing at helping us navigate the many window options we needed to consider. We are very happy with quality and look of our new windows. We definitely consider Pella Windows a smart investment in our new home and would recommend Pella Windows to anyone looking for a quality window.

Joey and her team could not have been better to work with. Joey is detail oriented and her customer service goes above and beyond! We replaced 50 windows - and Joey came over several times to help me get the layout and grid patterns right. We did black - colonial style SLDs in front and no grids in the back. I got three bids and Pella was exactly what I wanted - at the best price. Our Pella doors are on order and I can’t wait for them to get installed in the next few weeks!

I had a project completed by Pella, I was happy with my window’s until the crew ran by Juan that work the Dallas area. I noticed my Burberry purse that was in a corner next to the window in my room was gone . I looked,they only left the empty bag it came in . I spoke with Juan he said his crew members didn’t take it I made a report with Pella no response .I’m out of $700dollar purse . They took my trust my future Business with them . Last week Ryan M showed up at our home we did not tell him that it was our first bid. He did not pressure us at any time to sign on the dotted line. No fake manager calls and most importantly he gave us the best deal he had up front. After a week of debating my options I am going with Pella. The reason for our decision was largely in part to the low pressure approach from Ryan.
