I bought Pella Windows because I felt I would be getting a high quality, worry free product. This has not been the case. Whenever I wash the windows on the outside, I have at least one that I have to struggle to get it down all the way. This happened a few days ago and my kitchen window was three inches open and it as 21 degrees that night. I was finally able to force it closed yesterday and now it won’t open at all. I spoke with a service rep this a.m. and they will charge me $160 to come and look at it. I am thinking this ... read more

Justin Butler (Pella) has been a gift! Replacing all our home windows (20!), 3 sliders, new front door and sidelite made our heads spin but with the quality, professionalism and Justin's knowledge, talent with designs, patience with our ?'s and genuine customer service we're all set!

Pella doesn’t care about their customers. I ordered new windows, for my home 8/27/2020. The original delivery date October 1. Here it is 11/13. What do I get when I call customer service? NOTHING! Well that’s not completely true. I get apologies, and lame excuses. Rename customer service...Customer aggravation department. Sean, the supervisor, is a prime example. The boy tells me 5 or six times that he can call the logistics department to find out where my windows are...and then proceeds to argue with me...instead of makeup ... read more

I used Pella NC to replace our windows. The final job was well executed but I’m deeply disappointed with the experience. The sales rep was nice but the order was entered incorrectly so 8 of the windows had to be installed over a month later. I was told there would be a concession for this but it was never offered. Also had to argue significantly with them regarding the blinds they removed and various other issues.
