We don't have Pella windows. I'm here to point out that the sales rep didn't do anything to "win" our business. He didn't have any window samples and was only in my home for about an hour. He didn't impress me. I'm sorry, if you want me to spend $19k on your product, impress me. Tell me why your product is the best. Be enthusiastic about what you're selling. And to the Pella office staff, seriously, pay attention to dates. Don't drop the Thank you reminder card for my consultation on April 17th in the mail ON APRIL 17TH!
We had trouble with between the glass blinds. Called Pella and they sent out service person, Mike. He was extremely pleasant and helpful! This guy deserves a raise! He solved most of our problems, explained how to fix future problems with blinds sticking. Very pleased with his work!
My house got all new windows(Pella)windows.one had a hole in the screen,I didn't say anything.The next two I had to have someone roll the screens in for me,Because they weren't in the frame,I didn't say anything.The last window went in,We went to clean them and found fringer prints in between the two glasses.This time I said something..Shame on you Pella! When I worked for the company we had quality control.
