EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Despite dealing with what I thought was a highly rated company and the investment, the Pella experience has been nothing short of horrid. The ten windows were delivered on June 24th at which time I noticed that the top window was not clear for the bathroom Only the bottom was to be a privacy glass. On June 25 the install was done. I was surprised that it was an unmarked vehicle and the installer wore a cut off shirt rather than having a Pella vehicle and Pella uniform but… Not the professional compan... read more
Went to Pella with a on going problem I was having and Maggie made me feel so good. She took the time to listen, suggested an appointment with a service representative and gave me heads-up as what to expect. I'm hoping my problem can be resolved with not a lot of cost. But will see. She's going to call me when the service representative will be here Friday. Here's hoping...but thank you Maggie for your service too. 😁
