I called twice to order rollers for my patio door & both times the parts manager wasn’t available but whoever took the call told me she would give her the message & have her call me back. Well that was a week ago & nothing. Poor customer service.
Just wanted to share what a great job Austin Weir did explaining everything we needed to know regarding the bay window we ordered. He was very informative,courteous and friendly. Felt very comfortable with him and we did not feel pressured in any way.
Our condo had two patio openings on the main floor. One was original and was a French door opening. The other was a former owner installed in the main bedroom. Both were poorly insulated and poorly designed for the areas they served. Austin was very helpful and forthright for the best choices. The Pella windows were installed in the best weather and were done in one day. We are very happy with choices.
Aiden knows the product that he was promoting from Pella. He answered all questions that I had in regards to installation.
