I purchased two new Pella windows at a total cost of $6600 in 2022. Since installation I have requested service two times as the windows are still leaking. You can stand in front of one of the sections and feel the breeze. When i heard from the officer after their visit I was told there would be a $180 service charge. But the actual installations had not been done at that time, so this is a follow-up.
