We had a great experience. Our sales rep Josh did a great job explaining the pros and cons of each type of window we were interested in. The scheduler Keanna was great with responsiveness. Always called back and answered questions. The installation crew was top notch. Jeron always communicated with arrival times. Robert and Kelsey were very professional and always answered my questions. Martin was phenomenal with his cleaning. These guys treated my home like it was theirs. I appreciate this team so much.
This may be the second review I have ever left. But felt compelled to give credit where credit is due. We had an exceptional experience. All products were built and actually came in well ahead of schedule. Most definitely an exception with all of my previous experiences dealing with many other vendors in recent years. We recently had our sliding glass door replaced by Pella and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Darrell & Lorenzo were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They took great care in their work, ensuring a flawless installation and leaving everything clean when they finished. I have a MCM home built in 1979 so my Pella windows are vintage but still quite lovely. Pella's Tech rep Darrell came out and fixed everything on my list. Sliders are opening and closing smoothly, handles are all tightened, and locks function with ease now. He even went above and beyond by offering recommendations for those fixes (like built-in blind issue) that Pella just didn't have parts for any longer. I am 100% content with his service. Darrell came out to fix my sliding screen door and look at a couple windows with stress fractures. He fixed the door and screen with ease and measured the windows for replacement! Great work, looking forward to having Pella back to replace the windows
