I have a beautiful, brand new back doors. Though there were a few errors with the beginning installment of my door, it was immediately corrected. Mathew, Jared, and their team members made me aware of the problem, and clearly explained my options. In the end, Pella came through for me at no additional cost on my part. Pella San Antonio has no interest in the warranty of your windows. A month and a half wait to just evaluate and a $140 evaluation fee, then no call back ever. The wait and the evaluation fee are ridiculous and you only find this out after you have purchased from them. One Very Disappointed customer!
Just ordered some PELLA windows on a remold project. They look great! They were competitively priced, excellent features, and installed ahead of schedule. Go with Pella on your next project!
We had a very large custom wood window that needed to be replaced. Pella removed the old window and built and installed the new one. Everyone we worked with on the Pella team was extremely professional and courteous. From sales to installation they were terrific. The new window looks great. We would definitely use Pella again for windows and doors.
