After confusion (not sure who's fault - possibly mine) about my original appt I've waited 2 weeks for an appt 45 mins before the appt a salesperson Derek texts me to confirm my 9am. I confirm He then texts me ...."Perfect. If you can give me a brief description of your project. I just want to make sure it is something we can help with." To which I reply ... RecommendedOnly needed 3 windows max, and Renewal wasn't interested. Pella salesman was great. Originally was only going to replace 1 window but the salesman mentioned that 3 or more would give a price break. It was significant Like the product as it matched the windows we already had, replacing 3 that didn't open with 3 that did. Quick install, very professional, including the clean up. Very happy with the product and the experience.
I bought 2 from Lowes & paid to have them installed. One is perfect full view storm storm door $250.00, other full view sweats so badly it has ruined all the wood frame around it and the landing. This started immediately & Lowes stated they just installed the doors. I have to pay 50p.00 now to have the frame replaced & have no idea what to do about the door which will cost additional 300 for door & 200 for labor. This fiasco could have been avoided if lemon door was adequate as the good one has been.
They did everything they said they would and we're on time and professional
They are very well built doors. We had The fiberglass patio doors installed and they look and work great.
Had 10 windows and a glass sliding door replaced. They did a great job. We are very happy! Glad we picked Pella!
