Sales and installation where both nightmares on an order totaling over $60k in windows/doors. Quality may be good (we have yet to see) but the people selling and installing did a horrible job all the way around. Communication was lacking, completing their install was lacking and overall they all just seemed not to care about customer service in the least (even after speaking to management). I would stay away from the Montgomery, Ohio location and find your products elsewhere.
RecommendedWe had an outstanding experience with both Sales & Service! Our Pella sliding glass door was over 50 years old, quite heavy, and had reached the point where it would barely open. We assumed we would need a new door. Chet, the salesman, did quote us the price for a new door (with a very generous discount!), but told us he thought it could possibly be repaired for a lot less money. Pella has a great product. We had a specific want and need for a sliding door with a blinds in between the glass so we can have a clean look in our kitchen and our dog won't destroy the blinds. This is our second house with our second installed Pella door. Thanks Pella!

customer service is terrible, order in june still waiting in September. no one even knows if the order was placed.
Easy to schedule appointment, professional, knowledgeable and polite salesmen, excellent quote process, excellent product, great value!
We installed a new window Pella 350 series and it looks very nice and much better than the one we had before. The contractor that did installed it, on behalf of Pella, was very profesionnal.
