We Were suppose to have our. Front door replaced. A salesman came out gave us an expensive quote of more than $7000 for a glass door. The next guy came out to measure and ordered supplies. After a long await from End of October 2025 till the installer came was in January. He said the previous guy measured wrong and the supplies were not right. Had a delivery of 24 new pella windows, and various other materials on 4/17/2026. The two delivery men were exceptionally professional and polite. They work well together and looked out for each other’s safety while unloading the box truck and neatly storing the materials in my garage. Well done.
Please read this. Do NOT purchase an entry door from Pella. We paid $11K for an entry door with two sidelights and there were manufacturing flaws in the door from day one (the top of the door has pits and dents, visible in picture) and on top of all of this, paint is coming off the door after only 7 months!!! What??? I do house renovations and this is a $300 door priced at $10K. Home Depot has better doors IN THE STORE. GOOD WITH THE PITCH, TERRIBLE AT THE FOLLOW THROUGH The sales rep, Chris, was very polite and made everything seem like this was going to go smooth........ However, it took four months and five days from the first measurement to the final install day. We have been paying our monthly bills the entire time despite the ridiculous length of this project. The installer got to my home and asked for payment before competing the service. the complete payment was given prior to the installer's arrival, poor communication. when the installation of the window was completed, the adult in the home had to mention to him, where is the other. window jamb. This was not going to be mentioned to the adult. his resopnse was that he would inform the company, which he did not. when I reached out to the sales rep, who was not aware, he reached out to the company and they were not aware.
