We hade two doors replace on our 100 year home. Nothing is square or plumb in this house and I told Zach that we needed top of the line installers. I I worked residential construction for several years many moons ago. I knew this would be a difficult installation. The crew did a bang up job! Technician Richard arrived exactly on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found a part in his truck, and fixed the problem. He has been with Pella for 17 years and he clearly knows exactly what he is doing. He made sure we were satisfied. Big thumbs up
we contacted pella windows and doors as we needed to replace a non functioning pella sliding glass door Cody Grant responded to our call very quickly and came out to our home to show us all pella had to offer. He was very patient with us by answering all our questions. He also worked out some discounts that greatly helped to reduce cost, we ordered the door and maybe a week or so later Cody comes out and introduces the workman that will take the measurements We truly like the look of our finished new door. would def... read more

The whole process from getting an estimate through install was great. From estimate, financing, to installation was well within the timeframe given. Eric, Nick, Ross, and Eugene did a GREAT job installing our new Pella front door. And they cleaned up and hauled away the old door.
Richard was great. He arrived to my home on time, was super personable, offered his assurance, and was knowledgeable. He handled my issue quickly and provided wonderful advice.
Pella service contractors Kevin and Richard replaced 7 defective casement windows. The sashes were made crooked from the manufacturer. Pella was very quick to respond with replacements. Pella setup a service date and Kevin called to confirm day and time. Kevin arrived as planned and replaced the first 6 windows. Richard arrived to assist replacing the last window which was mounted in a bow window frame. Outstanding service!
