We are replacing our living room full wall of windows with the Designer Series Contemporary Slider with three panels, room darkening shades and with a disappearing interior screen door. Pella is a quality product, superior to all others. We are looking forward to the Low-E quality of Pella windows. I just replaced all my remaining windows (21) that were not already Pella windows. Customer service and our salesperson were fantastic. The installers were incredibly professional. My husband and I could not be happier! It looks wonderful.
I've had my glass storm door for about 3 years and have had nothing but problems!!! My lock continuously fails and the handle constantly sticks to the point where I can't even open it up from the inside of my house. This is a major safety issue in my eyes. Before anyone gets started, yes I've tried to fix it several times but without success.
