Paid $20k deposit in May with the understanding that supply chain issues could delay installation until September. I have had to email and call monthly for follow ups. Nearly 2 and a half months ago we had our longly anticipated window installation date and as of today we have no resolution on a sordid list of issues caused directly by Pella.The first issue is that some of our artwork was broken by the installers. I used Pella NC to replace our windows. The final job was well executed but I’m deeply disappointed with the experience. The sales rep was nice but the order was entered incorrectly so 8 of the windows had to be installed over a month later. I was told there would be a concession for this but it was never offered. Also had to argue significantly with them regarding the blinds they removed and various other issues. Liars and incompetent. 100 + days and still no door.
Parents ordered a $5,200 custom bay window. Paid $2,600 deposit. 5 weeks after order, they show up with the window and it is the wrong color. They supposedly reorder, and after an additional 6 weeks, after not returning numerous phone calls, they finally call, stating they need to come back out and measure again. Now it is almost 3 months and they state the entire process needs to be started again. Parents cancel order, and they refuse to return the deposit. Setting the appointment to have Josh come to the house was super easy. Josh was great and prepared to show me what I needed to make a deciding easy. We even were able to get a double door instead of side lights! I would highly recommend working with Josh, you will not be disapointed!
We love our new front door...and so do all the neighbors. The installation was expertly done. We couldn’t be happier!
