Extremely Dissatisfied with Pella of Cedar Rapid and Manufacturing. The question is where to start. When we ordered our windows , things seem to go fine. They came out initially, wrote up a quote and sent it out. When they came out the second time we went over each window again showing how I wanted things to open then signed a paper saying we wanted to order them.
