My $7,000 sliding glass door was leaking water on my brand new carpet. I had the installers come back 3 times to correct it. They were unsuccessful. Finally my husband had to remove the door and fix it himself. He found that it was not installed correctly (obviously). The company did not compensate us in any way and didn't really seem to care at all!
RecommendedProfessional team and installation. Only problem was they forgot to close the gate when they left and our dog got out.
Jeff and Ted were wonderful. Came when they said they would show up. Very polite. Did a good job explaining what they were doing. Repaired and replaced the two windows. Would definitely ask for them again with any service problems.
Pella Windows was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and professional. I love the look the new windows gave my house and I love the windows. Could have gone with cheaper company but wanted the best I could get and That was Pella.
Very professional and high quality products
My wife and I had a pretty bad experience with a local window company. After being told by numerous people we gave Pella Windows Buffalo a call. Frank Vito came over and walked us through the steps of purchasing a new front window for our home. He answered every question and was very knowledgeable and beyond professional. Looking at our new beautiful front window through the help of Frank and Pella we quickly forgot about our past bad window experiences. Thanks Frank and thanks Pella.
Pella sent out a representative to give me a quote for my windows, and front and back door. The rep refused to give us a quote on our windows after the doors because he assumed we could not afford them because of our age and used the excuse of “trying to not overwhelm us” when they clearly just wanted to go home for the day as we were his last call. Also The rep also refused to leave until the head of the house came home. Making for a very uncomfortable situation.
After waiting like three months for four basement windows to be installed and going through a variety of issues, you just called to cancel our install tomorrow?? Really. I want a full refund and I will take my business to one of your competitors.
When I call my local Pella, I expect them to answer, not be sent to IOWA!!!
