I can highly recommend Pella, epecially after two other window specialist told me it couldn’t be done (I’m replacing a very large picture window in a 1950s house and was looking for a wood frame-not vinyl). Great experience working with Pella. Our tech, Nathan, was probably the best contractor I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Very knowledgable, personable, and hosts a level of honesty unmatched by the usual contractor types. In one word, trustworthy.
We have a house built in 1919 and did not want modern-looking windows. Nathan Kelly at Pella came in and showed us a wooden inner framed window with classic looking hardware that really matched the house. He was able to work within our budget so that we could even afford a new front door as well. We particularly liked Nathan's friendly no pressure sale. He was professional as well as personable which helped make our decision easier. We would highly recommend both him and Pella windows.
Over the past 5 years we've gradually replaced all the windows in our 50 year old home.
