We have Pella windows and doors thru out our house. We started a remodel of our kitchen and decided we needed a different sized window.I went on the Pella website and was able to make an appointment the next day and was lucky to get Kayla Dowell. She was very knowledgeable of the various types of windows that would fit our needs. we were able to place the order that day and she was able to get the new framed opening measured and ordered the next day!!! I Recommend Kayla Dowell to anyone!!!!!!!!

We really wanted to replace our french doors, but when we started getting quotes, we got so much pushback because our existing doors were a "non-standard" size. We were either told it couldn't be done, or some really unattractive modifications would need to be made. We almost gave up, then found Pella. We were still a bit uneasy given the previous experience and then very pleasantly surprised by the end result. very much appreciate the quality of the pella products
The process with Pella was great to replace 5 windows in a 1920's Seattle home. The sales associate was easy to talk to and work with - and no pressure for the sale. On the day of our install, the installers were on time, very friendly and did a great job to install the windows and clean up everything. I highly recommend them for those looking for windows.
We first came across Pella homes when we were touring new homes in the Kirkland/Bellevue area. The Architect series windows we saw were astonishingly beautiful and we decided to try these out in our new home that were building. We walked into the Pella showroom in Bothell and were introduced to Aaron, a sales consultant over there. The service Aaron provided was stellar. Nathan from Pella was informative, Honest, courteous, and I might add forgiving. I made a mistake regarding our agreement and in the end needed to cancel. He directed me to a better solution for my problem and left after spending significant time looking at the best solution to my issues. When I do need Pella's excellent products and service I will ask for Nathan ANDY MILLER
Our estimate from Tony was really informative. He was creative, willing to run multiple scenarios, and patient with my (and our 3 year olds) questions the entire visit. I feel like he went above and beyond with his explanation. I greatly appreciated our time working with him.
