I have been waiting for over 8 weeks for my windows to find out that someone dropped the ball and my windows haven't even been ordered yet! Then nobody is local to get answers from, you have to try to get someone on the phone from out of State. waiting to hear from Billy Dennis to try to figure out if they are going to even try to make it right or not.
The door is beautiful and installation was a breeze
My salesman was excellent and very helpful when I need a cracked window replaced. I would highly recommend Pella to anyone!
