I have Pella Windows and doors in my home. They are great! They really keep out the noise from a near by busy roads, there are no drafts, they are easy to open and to lock securely when closed. You do get the quality that you pay for and their local office has excellent customer service.

The lie they don’t finish the job they don’t follow up and the trashed my house. I paid in full and my windows aren’t done and I have no screens
We are having the worst service experience ever. They had rescheduled our installation 4 times we had already gone through the 2nd payment and still not patio door. Today they move the time of installation again and if I don’t call they don’t let you know. They are very expensive to have this terrible service.

Horrible experience. I would not recommend Pella to anybody. We signed up in June, we got new wood windows installed Aug 1st. It's end of September and installation still isn't finished . Corrections after corrections. We are scheduled all the way for the end of October to replace (for 3rd time ) poor quality windows they installed . I'm going to be on my 4th billing cycle after hopefully they get everything completed� . I have no words to explain all the phone calls and service we have been dealing with since .
