Quality, Service and Trust Worthy Representatives. Our representative Dan Boudreau was outstanding and followed through on every aspect of our experience with Pella. We had two separate instillations and each was performed with timing and precision of a NASA rocket launch. The installs were not small jobs the first was twelve(12) windows and the second was eleven(11) windows. Dan’s crew were in and out in two(2) and two and a half days(2.5) with minimal disruption to our lives. Thanks to Dan Boudreau
We are VERY pleased with our windows. We have had them for two years now, and our sales rep, Dan Boudreau, has been fantastic. We had a minor issue with one of the windows (our fault) and Dan took care of it right away. Outstanding service!!

We have installed pella doors and windows over time in our house. we have pella designer and architect series windows. We love our designer window and patio door because of the shades which can be changed as trends and fashion changes with time. The product are top notch in quality. The presentation of the product by Steve Bartnikowski was spot on. I had already seen (and liked) the product through a friend who purchased the Designer Series over 10 years ago. But Steve brought me up to date with the changes/improvements even since that time. The presentation was comfortable, personable and he really knew his stuff. My only challenge is the cost of what we want. My husband and I are now coming up with alternatives we can implement. We will get the product!
