Have purchased Pella products on 3 occasions and had one service issue which was quickly resolved to our total satisfaction. Highly recommend Pella and would not purchase from any other supplier. High quality products and personnel.
Customer service is very poor. 24 year old windows rotted out at the bottom as they were never finished. Replacements cost over $3300. Specified George (who had written up the replacement order) be one of the installers. Installation date set for Oct 22. On Oct 9, they said George will be on vacation Oct 11and not available until Nov 25! We need to refinish the windows and don't want to have to do it so late in the year. No help at all from any Pella rep.
I would never recommenced this company to anyone. Literally any other provider would do a better installation and have more knowledgeable staff. Overall there people are a joke ripping you off. Go to Lowe’s same product half the price.
I would absolutely recommend Pella Windows any day. My rep, Paul Burford is the best!
They have great service and very dependable. They have a wide range of products.
I have been dealing with Pella-Gunton as my own general contractor since 1973, when I built my first house in Pepper Pike, then in Moreland Hills, both designed by Copper; and a total gut rehab of a Burrows' brick Georgian in Shaker. There is no company in America more concerned about having their customer's needs met and satisfied than Pella-Gunton.
