Our salesman was Mike and we had a great experience with him. He measured our windows, answered all of our questions, demonstrated with a sample window and gave us a fair price with no high pressure sales tactics. We ordered 17 replacement windows, which arrived in less than two months. The installers were fantastic and completed the job in two days. My wife and I could not be happier.
Unable to even schedule a consultation. First appointment cancelled, second appointment no show, and now I can’t even get anyone on the phone at the showroom. If this is what it’s like to schedule an appointment I can only imagine how bad it would be to schedule any work.
Just had a five minute in home consultation with Sergio. If someone were to define what unprofessional is, this experience would be the clear example. Sergio was upset that I already received other quotes and did my research and was not going to be able to just sell me what he wanted. When scheduling the appointment I made it clear that I was interested in full frame installation from the exterior only, and specifically their fiberglass series.
