well the big thing is getting the child's and mothers correct information on paperwork. 4 times I have needed to get medical assistance for my child and all 4 times they had another's information with my phone number. this is ridiculous.
RecommendedMy children have been seeing Doctor Rahim since they were born. My kids are now 14 and 17 and he has always taken good care of them.

Took my godson to the doctor on a Friday, they said he had a stomach virus. After not getting any better, took him again the following week on Thursday, they said he had a virus and it would work its way out. It's Monday, still no better, took him to a different Pediatric doctor and he has Bronchitis and a infection in his stomach and lungs. I WILL NEVER USE THIS DOCTORS OFFICE AGAIN. I can see missing it once, but twice, Never again!!

Dr. Hill is a great Dr. with a great manner. He was on the phone with a company and came in to apologize because. He came in a few minutes later apologizing for the delay. I don't know a Dr that would apologize or even acknowledge the fact that they were late. He is super great with my son. The nurses are great as well.
Our Dr. (Dr. Hill) is a good doctor but as far as this place in general, thumbs down! The only reason I am here is because my children's doctor retired and I followed her nursing staff. I tried calling them on the 19th ( Friday) to try and get an appointment for Monday. They close at 4:30 pm, I dialed their office at 4:10pm. No one answered and after I went through the prompts, I was placed on hold until after they closed. I finally had my husband call with his cell while I was still on our house phone.
