I got the same courteous and professional service as always receive.. I made a mistake in my scheduling and was a DAY EARLY. The staff was able to make an accommodation for my mistake and was able to take care of my needs. Thanks be to you and your competent staff for being able to adapt to an unforeseen circumstance.
My hygienist, Christy White, made me feel as if I were a long-time patient. She put me as ease almost immediately. I was very impressed with the cleaning I received and her knowledge of what I need. I couldn't be happier with Pell City Dental.

I really appreciated being able to be seen as a new patient the day I called because I was in pain, however on the phone I asked the lady who I made the appointment with what the price for exam and xrays would be since money is an issue, she told me that it would be 93.00 for an exam and xray, so I said that was fine. During the appointment, I had my xrays and three teeth looked at by the dentist. One tooth needs a filling and one to be extracted.
