2 of my kids have been patients of this office for years. They have gone downhill drastically. The doctor has always been very nice and I've always really liked her which is why I continued taking them. the front desk staff is AWFUL. They are very rude and have been for some time, won't answer the phone a lot of the time..and when they do you better watch out because they will hang up on you!! They need staff that is more personable and friendly, and they need to be able to better accommodate sick patients. Our doctor is wonderful, along with her nurse, but the rest of the staff SUCKS!!!!!
Front desk is rude asf. But the doctor and nurses are so freaking sweet and amazing.
They are always so nice and know how to handle kids. They tell you everything you need to know and i never have a issue being able to get my kids seen if they are sick. They will work you in. They are AMAZING. Best place around.
Ever since my sons doctor has been gone the service has gone down hill drastically, I went to register my son for school & they needed his immunization records, so I called & got a lady named Keshia who was very nasty & rude over the phone for no reason said she needed permission, I had to remind her I'm on the paperwork as well...I had to call back & spoke to some one named Bruce in management...after telling him the situation he said he would resolve the issue but he did his part but as a customer her attitude was not nece... read more
