I loved the establishment but I was deeply distraught and hurt when I found out the banana pudding ice cream was removed from the menu. It was a local favorite, many bragged about how great the ice cream was but the owner removed it for a nasty apple pie flavored ice cream . The owner should be ashamed and bring the banana pudding ice cream back or you will continue losing customers. Please bring it back
The young girl working on 7/27/25 seem to have no courtesy just rude. We got no napkins with order, I asked for napkins she handed them to me, I said thank u & she just closed the window. If I ever encounter her again with her same rudeness I will speak on! They served us a (snowball) cup with ice & no flavor! It was cotton candy flavor only on the top, the lower half was nothing but ice, so we turned around to return them both, the young man did kindly remake them.
I had such a great experience at this snow cone spot! The young man working there gave excellent customer service—he was friendly, patient, and really made sure I got exactly what I wanted. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. The snow cone itself was delicious and perfectly made, and the whole vibe was just welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend!
My daughter absolutely loves the different treats (so do I).
This place has my heart and wallet. The staff is nice and even though sometimes they may be overwhelmed they try their best. I appreciate the courtesy they give me as a veteran. Thank you
