Edit: Management has reached out. Will update with resolution 8/17. Update: 8/18/26: management reached out and seemed to genuinely appreciate the feedback and seemed just as upset that this has happened. Was my first pelicans experience and I don’t think I’ll be returning. There was a young man working and he seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. He made our order wrong and was throwing stuff as though he was angry. We were there for 30 minutes and only 2 people ordered before us just to get 3 small cups. There’s mold everywhere. All on the walls, trash cans, and boxes on top of the fridges. The floors were so sticky my shoes were sticking to it. Overall just wasn’t what I was expecting.
