This place is great when they're actually paying attention to serve you. Today was the 3rd time I've been there and stood at the window for over 15 minutes while they were open that no one came to the window to take my order. So I knocked off 2 stars for that, but aside from that their SnoBalls are fantastic.

Please pressure wash the eating area... my shoes are sticking to the floor. The tables are dirty too....Just not clean
