I recommend pelicans only when the snowballs have enough flavor that you can taste it. my family got snowballs and the teenagers working skimped on the flavor. there was barely flavor at the bottom, which is sad. the last two times we've been we wanted flavor challenge sheets and they say they don't have any. they need to step their game back up.
Employees refused to service us at the drive thru. What’s the point of having one if you’re not going to use it? I was already in a rush. Someone really needs to talk to those teenage brats in there
