When we first moved in here, a very nice and very cordial lady by the name of Karen was managing the office. She made our move-in process seamless and stress free (this was during the pandemic). We lived here for a handful of years and had no issues other than a few maintenance work needing done in the apartment. My husband an I were here for two years it really is a great neighborhood and veryyyyy quiet. But I will say our second year an not even our second year honestly some of our first year the minute we moved in started having problems with our upstairs neighbor. This is the worst apartment I ever had the maintenance man don’t do nothing but ride around smoking a vape on his golf cart they don’t handle any request on time and when they do stuff they do a poor job , the apartments are roach infested they don’t spray for nothing they lie and say it’s move in ready and whole time it’s not it’s things they still need to fix on

Pelican Watch was my home for 5 years. I liked it overall. The leasing manager changed, and what was previously told to me, she tried to change it about a minuit situation - I didn't like that. Nonetheless, I got along with them, and every maintenance request was fulfilled without delay. They kept me informed about important things. If I needed anything, they were there/responsive. My family member has lived here for a year the service is beyond POOR. Getting them to do basic repairs is a whole thing… they don’t. If you are considering this place for future residence KEEP LOOKING. The maintenance and office staff are TERRIBLE AND VERY IMMATURE. I plan to have so light shed on this place very soon by our local new providers….
