living here is a geniune nightmare. roaches everywhere, mold, and appliances break down at least every 3 months. the railing for the balcony is loose and if you lean on it, it'd probably break. the maintenance guy doesn't do shit other than driving around on his gold cart and vaping, and the walls are thin too

When we first moved in here, a very nice and very cordial lady by the name of Karen was managing the office. She made our move-in process seamless and stress free (this was during the pandemic). We lived here for a handful of years and had no issues other than a few maintenance work needing done in the apartment. Karen must have moved on to another job because she was replaced by some other women in the office and everything went downhill after that. My husband an I were here for two years it really is a great neighborhood and veryyyyy quiet. But I will say our second year an not even our second year honestly some of our first year the minute we moved in started having problems with our upstairs neighbor. This is the worst apartment I ever had the maintenance man don’t do nothing but ride around smoking a vape on his golf cart they don’t handle any request on time and when they do stuff they do a poor job , the apartments are roach infested they don’t spray for nothing they lie and say it’s move in ready and whole time it’s not it’s things they still need to fix on
