I called Pelican Rolling Door after a terrible experience with another garage door company that installed the wrong springs on my impact door and left my family without a functioning garage for days. Pelican came out quickly, diagnosed the problem immediately and did the job right the first time. They replaced the springs with the correct parts for my door size and weight, reinstalled the opener arm, adjusted the rollers and travel limit, and lubricated the full system.
