My name is Jack Matera, I had my first appt on July 31. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile, the office was super clean very near which made me feel that I was in the right place. Jackie called me in at my appt time (no waiting) with a smile and explained in detail what my treatment would be. Shortly after Dr Perez joined us reviewed my xrays provided very gentle treatment. I can honestly say that I have never been treated better or more professionally in my 21 years of living in Vero Beach by a dentist than today.
Prior to seeing Dr. Savoy i had to bring my special needs son to new orleans for treatment. he is so good with him, very patient and kind. as far as the remaining staff, office and nurses. amazing just as well. ❤
I can’t thank Dr. Savoy and his staff enough for how amazing they are!!! They were so good with both of my kids for the cleanings! We also had to go back to fix a filling for my son and both he and Ashley were absolutely amazing! She showed Laken everything and explained everything to him (in a kid way to not make him feel uncomfortable)! They had him laughing the entire time! He’s already talking about going back to have them clean his teeth again!
Brought Patrick to a new dentist today. His dentist appointments never end well. Except for today! Ashley was so patient with him ensuring he was comfortable with everything she was about to do. He did not cry one time!! (except for when the dentist made him lay down) I was in actual awe as I listen to the way she was talking to him, showing him on that Dino what she was going to do to his teeth and him allowing her to then do it to him! Even Garrett said to himself as he watched her put the tooth cleaner in Patrick’s mouth.... read more
