There was a delay in processing my part order despite ordering overnight. It was a serious inconvenience. Eventually (after 4 business days) it arrived and fit as expected. If you are requesting overnight delivery, I suggest you call to confirm. Otherwise, they provide above average service and are based on the west coast which helps with timely shipment issues if you are also west coast based.
I've been using pelican parts for years for all of my 944 parts needs. Unfortunately they recently sold to ECStuning which I've had the worst experiences with. I sadly will be taking my business elsewhere.
If you own a Porsche you know Pelican parts are a pillar of this community & have saved us all money on parts & advice. Thanks team for all the great work. The guy giving 1 star below complaining about his order being flagged and delayed for 1 day- Go buy from the dealer since you think pelican deserves 0 stars.
The best there is. Super helpful. extremely friendly and empathetic. I would highly advise using them.
Always come thru for parts with my 38 year old Porsche 928! Been a customer for many years.
