The Property Manager here is awesome!!!
I have lived here since it was built ,very quiet and peaceful. The main problem I have is that the parking lot and outside of the apartments are so dark at night time ,they have cameras everywhere but with the darkness they wouldn't be able to see anything. Other than that I love it here.
The community is very clean and well maintained. I had the pleasure of working with the property manager Ms. Kimberly. I am a disabled veteran and Ms. Kim made sure to provide a unit that accommodates the needs of my disabilities. I’m excited to be a new tenant under Ms. Kimberly’s management.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting with the property manager Ms. Kimberly and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that she provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Pelican Landing Apartments!
