Pelican apartments are great, have been living here for 2 years already and if any issue comes up I can count on the apt staff to resolve it quick, I highly recommend any one if your looking for a good place to live.

Mi experiencia fue buena mientras estuve en el condominio todo muy limpio muy buen trato siempre mucha limpieza y en la oficina siempre muy buen trato pero cuando yo firme mi contrato me decía k al abandonar el apartamento me devolvían mi depósito completo cosa k no fue así lo entregué en perfectas condiciones y super limpio y solo me devolvieron menos de la mitad dándome como escusa que hay k pintar el apartamento cuando eso no es problema mío sino de los dueños apartamento que quedó como el primer día k me fue entregado y ... read more
