I have been with Pelican Realty for years. I have never encountered a problem. Steve has always been prompt with resolving any problem I have encountered.
We have used Pelican Property Inspection on 4 occasions. Two house inspections and twice for mold testing. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with and very professional. When doing the house inspection, they discovered issues I didn't know about. When it comes to mold testing, they used top notch equipment and explained the process as well as the air quality safe range after the mold has been removed. I highly recommend Pelican Property Inspection.
