Does not keep indicated hours – I had been going to Pelham Plaza Cleaners for two years. Their indicated hours are 7am-6:30pm on weekdays. On several occasions I have gotten there at 7, or close to 7, and they were not open. Today I waited until 7:20, and they were not open; when driving back (now late) around 7:35, they were finally open. No excuses or discounts were offered. I will not be going back. For $10.50 a suit, they should open on time.
