My disabled daughter lived here Until April 2023. For the entire month of February in 2023 this apartment complex had no heat. While I understand that they have an ancient building, they waited until the very last day of February to inform people that the heat was not fixed. I lived here in the early 2000's it reminded me of Melrose place. I had a studio on the first floor. It was cozy quiet center of everything. Loved it glad I lived here!

Nice starter apartments! Friendly and caring staff! The location of Pelham Place is beautiful! You are within walking distance of Downtown Norfolk, Colley Avenue, The Neon District, The Elizabeth River Trail, and so much more! I highly recommend Pelham Place for anyone looking for an apartment in Ghent!
09/11/23. So I lived here in 1997-9. It was an interesting experience. I had a studio on the bottom floor. I provided carpet to them which the installed for free, they were going to replace it anyway. The only time I had the radiator heater, first time it comes on it's an experience. Had a guy come in through my bathroom window during the day, he came from the church next door that feed homeless. Not sure if that is still a thing. The washer and dryers were an issue, on site.
