I've been here going on three years and starting to hate it. Management is too worried about keeping a job than doing a job. Unauthorized individuals having master keys. They only reason to be here is it's cheap.

Pelham Manor is a wonderful place to live…. The people are welcoming & inviting…. Totally a nice group of people to live around…. All of the people the work here are truly wonderful individuals
The apts. are in a pretty setting, with Ottowa Park being across the street . I like the large living room . Friendly employees
