Pelham Manor is a wonderful place to live…. The people are welcoming & inviting…. Totally a nice group of people to live around…. All of the people the work here are truly wonderful individuals
The apts. are in a pretty setting, with Ottowa Park being across the street . I like the large living room . Friendly employees
Kids checked it out - still ok. Snow was cleared every day. Good for old people. Just ran a serious maintenance project on the elevators. Old guys appreciate that, too. August update. Still clean, yard well kept
Pelham Manor is truly a wonderful place to live. The apartments are not only clean and safe, but the staff are very kind and helpful. The property is very well maintained. All the other residents are incredibly kind, making me feel completely at ease living here. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful living environment, there is a recreation room filled with puzzles and games, as well as a beautiful courtyard with flowers and bird feeders I love to watch the birds an squirrels eat from it.
