RecommendedWas also there last July not bad I didn’t like the beach people talk so much about cap cod beaches that one not too much beach could have been kept up lots of seaweed water was really dark. Breakfast was good but it was very hot eating downstairs they need to put ac down there . Rooms were ok and u don’t need ac at night the breeze off the water was great for sleeping and hearing the waves.

We stayed here last July for our honeymoon and it was a nice hotel with our own beach ... the owners were so nice and courteous....
Most beautiful place on Cape Cod! We’ve stayed at Pelham House for the last 5 summers. Centrally located, easy trips to all points on the cape. Clean, well run & awesome staff!Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!
Great location beautiful view right on beach great pool rooms need to be updated but very clean need more electrical sockets and def need AC even though you get the breeze off the ocean it’s still hot they do give ya a fan staff are friendly would def stay again
Poorly maintained rooms and grounds. No where on their website does it state that the rooms do not have any AIRCONDITIONING c The breakfast includes scrambled eggs from a container not shell! There are frozen seasoned potatoes Breakfast meat and frozen pancakes or French toast. All of the breakfast food is warm at best and brought out in small portions especially coffee . This resort 😂 is not handicapped accessible which is also not mentioned on their website. NEVER AGAIN Also very over priced compared to near by resorts on... read more
