RecommendedWe have visited the PHR every July for years. This year we loved all the new amenities and renovations. Great spot for adults and kids.
RecommendedThis place is BEAUTIFUL!!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. SUPER clean, modern, spacious rooms with a view to die for. We have stayed in many other places on the Cape that are comparable money wise but outdated and musty smelling. The Pelham House is the place to be. We WILL be back! The Lynch’s Franklin MA

Sadly, they were unkind to my mom after booking two weeks every summer for the last several years .. they really gave her the cold shoulder this year and it was very disappointing.
RecommendedWe visited Pelham House this past weekend and....WOW!! We have been here before and we’re amazed by the remodel! Not only was the hotel upgraded, A/C, sliding doors, over looking beautiful ocean views, new beds, bathrooms, floors, etc. The whole atmosphere was upgraded. The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful, from pool and beachside restaurant service, to setting up beach umbrellas and chairs...smiles everywhere.
